Nickelodeon Kids Choice Sports Awards

This July, they bringing back the slime for the Kids Choice Sports Awards! Following in the footsteps of the original Kids Choice Awards, Nickelodeon announced a brand new awards show in 2014 that put the spotlight (and the green goo!) on kids' favorite sports stars.
In 2016, the Kids Choice Sports Awards celebrates its third year with nominees expectd to be in early June.when voting begins at nick.com/sports in categories such as "Best Male Athlete" and "Best Female Athlete."
Multiple nominees last year included Stephen Curry who was up for Best Male Athlete, Clutch Player of the Year, and Sickest Movies. Serena Williams also had nods in several categories including Best Female Athelete, Queen of Swag, and Most Enthusiastic Player.
Your host for the 2015 Nickelodeon Kids' Choice Sports Awards was Russell Wilson of the Seattle Seahawks.
Along with current sports superstars, a special appearance was made by Yankee great Derek Jeter, who was honored with the Kids' Choice Sports Legend Award.
